Job Overview: The General Manager (Operations/Business Developments) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving the growth of company’s market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Fire Suppression, Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC, Lifts systems. The primary focus will be on estimating, quoting, securing projects, maintaining customer relationships and managing the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
• Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients while fostering long-term business relationships.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, with a core focus on estimating, quoting, and securing Fire Protection System (FPS), Fire Detection System FDS, and BMS projects.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, tenders, and presentations to potential clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
• Leadership: Oversee and guide the operations and sales teams.
