Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGDHRM /Having LLB degree will be given preference.
  • Skills Required: Compliance, Labor Issues, Labor Law.

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

HR Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR team and develop the efficiency, effectiveness and competency of them.
  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational policies.
  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing changes.
  • Motivate workers and maintain harmonic relations between workers and management.
  • Develop, maintain and update the company organogram, department SOPs and overall Manpower planning of the factory.
  • Prepare appropriate recruitment plan to support talent sourcing, manage the recruiting process and ensure the timely and accurate implementation.
  • Coordinate with all functions to manage the implementation of a Performance Appraisal System for all employees.
  • Coordinate with Corporate HR and Factory functional heads to perform training needs analysis and design and implement a training plan with involvement of department heads.
  • Perform salary surveys to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Dealing with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way.
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
  • Ensuring payroll is completed accurately on time.

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies & offices and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
  • Exposed to Access Control & Time Attendance System, Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency.
  • Maintain general office administration, support organizational and staff management.
  • Maintain discipline and chain of command of factory.
  • Co-ordinate and support management teams and department heads.
  • Responsible for maintaining/arranging official meeting as per management requirement.
  • To supervise & control of duties, responsibilities of subordinate staff.

Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Compliance team and build up the competency of the compliance team.
  • Lead and administer all types of buyers/other institutions social and environmental compliance audits.
  • Preparing & developing the factories for buyers visit or third parties, communicating with audit companies, buyers and other agencies.
  • Maintaining communication with all government/compliance related organization.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
  • Compliance and Social Audit Proficiency: keep up to date of Buyers Code of Conduct and should have good knowledge and experience of Buyers Code of Conducts and handle social & Technical Audits. Handling multiple standards’ Quality, Environment & Health & Safety issue.
  • Preparing & developing the factories for buyers or third parties visit, communicating with audit companies, buyers and other agencies.
  • Maintaining communication with all government/compliance related organization.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
  • Prepare audit CAP report independently and follow up with day to day audits.
  • Maintain and keep all compliance related documents as per buyers, labor law and other requirements.
