Additional Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in architecture, including leadership roles.
• Experience with software skills like AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Sketch up, Vray, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
• Proficient in preparing Detailed Measurements, Working Drawings, and Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, along with Detailed Working Drawings as per project requirements.

Job Context: Are you an experienced Architect with strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence? We are looking for a General Manager – Architect to lead our architectural division, drive innovative designs, and ensure high-quality project execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws & regulations.
• Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction safety codes.
• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee design development, project planning, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and international standards.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors for successful project delivery.
• Manage budgets, resources, and team performance effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions.
