Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare events, activation and other related proposals including budget
- Engage in proactive thoughts and generate new ideas for clients.
- Participate in developing and executing annual client target setting and startegy review
- Understanding clients’ requirements strategizing on how to meet clients’ needs and
- Discuss alternative marketing, promotion and communication strategies with the client
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
- Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reporths
- Evaluate any event, activation and partnership requirements
- Develop holistic plan for any event, activation and partnership
- Generate new idea to make the activity more effective
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Evaluate any sponsorship or partnership proposal
- Execute urgent required event/activation
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Bill processing & streamline BTL vendors & ensure
- 100% compliance in terms of brand guideline & SOP
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
