Additional Requirements

Experience in building Fare Face structures with proper knowledge in fair face work.

Preparation of the project schedule and Planning.
Able to prepare BOQ and do BOQ analysis.
Ensuring work is done at the site as per drawing and time schedule.
Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client as well as effectively lead the trades.
Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.
Able to do estimate and make requisition of materials as per design.
Able to follow up finishing work as per design/brochure.
Checking Contractor’s bill.
Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings.
Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
Maintain control and responsibility for the security and operation of directly owned equipment on the job site in conjunction with the staff.
Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers towards success.
Plan and review potential safety issues.
Ensure timely project handover and cost-efficient completion of construction projects.
Coordinate activities with all the relevant departments.
Other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
