Must be technically sound & have high managerial skill to operate more than 20 numbers of apartment & commercial building at both the structural and finishing level.
Must be capable in proper planning and preparation of Master work program based on CPM.
Monitoring and guiding of project in-charge for proper implementation of project works and Performing regular projects visit to ensure excellent quality of product, on time handover within limited budget and to make solution of the pending decisions.
Must be capable in determining suitability/appraisal of project employees as and when required and Providing regular training to Project personnel and Workers to develop their skills.
Preparation of comparative statement of different jobs which is related to project works based on quality and competitive price.
Attending accounts, design, CSD, Procurement and other inter departmental coordination meeting to eliminate bottleneck and to improve systems.
Monitoring of safety measures at site, Project merchandising & branding, own work force Productivity (Profit/loss) and materials inventory control at every month.
Ability to handle Local Problems at construction projects.
Must be positive, proactive and hardworking in nature.
