Our production units comprise of Flexible Printing, Offset Printing, Auto Corrugated Carton, Sheet Extrusion & Gum tape etc.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “General Manager (Factory)”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth production as per estimate in all concern units and proper organogram to be prepared.
• Ensure that all machines, including utilities run at optimum speed and efficiency.
• Coordinate between all the concern departments and also take any initiative for the betterment of factory and liaison with supporting departments.
• Maximum utilization of resources (human resource, raw material, machinery & other resources) through minimizing/avoiding wastage & inefficiency.
• Ensure continuous improvement in the performance & efficiency (Performance Management) of subordinates through motivation, supervision, counseling, control & training.
• Ensure safety & security of the concern units.
• Recommend the company Management in order to incorporate any changes in to the production process for minimizing the cost of production.
• Maintain house-keeping in the concern units & surrounding.
• Preparation of maintenance schedules (Preventive) and monitoring their executions.
• Monitoring, supervision of erection, installation and commissioning of machineries as and when necessary.
