Requirements

Education

Bachelor/Honors
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Management, Agriculture, Fisheries, or Poultry).
Higher education (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Requirements

Minimum 10–12 years of experience, especially in a reputed company in the Feed Industry (Fish or Poultry).
Proven experience in senior leadership roles (GM).–
Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker, result-oriented, and highly motivated.
Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh

Responsibilities & Context

Lead and manage all business operations to achieve company goals.
Develop strategic plans for sales, marketing, production, and distribution.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, and distributors.
Supervise senior management team including RSMs and ASMs.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Drive growth initiatives and new business opportunities.
