Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement the overall strategic direction and business plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Lead and direct all aspects of the company’s operations, including sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain management.
- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
- Oversee production, supply chain, and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive product development initiatives to enhance the company’s product portfolio and meet evolving consumer preferences.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Monthly Base Salary upto BDT 2,200,000.00 net or equivalent upto USD 19,000.00 net per the company pay scale;
- Company vehicle/ Pick & drop.
- Monthly House, Hardship and Kids schooling allowances upto BDT 1,500,000.00 net or equivalent USD 13,000.00 net;
- Annual Performance incentives up to 45% net of annual base salary depending on company and individual performance;
- Other benefits – Negotiable as per the company policy depending on the candidature not exceeding 20% net of annual base salary.
