Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure smooth overall daily operations of the Innovation Hub.
- Prepare and implement business strategies and plan to ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including marketing front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and recreational services.
- Ensure financial discipline, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Responsible for maintenance renovations, new service launches, etc. Implement and monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Establish strong vendor and stakeholder relationships for smooth operations and supply chain management.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues proactively to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt business strategies for a competitive edge.
