Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our Jute Mill.

• The ideal candidate must possess extensive expertise in jute production, machinery, and operational efficiency, with a forward-thinking approach to embracing technology and modern practices.
• The General Manager will oversee all production aspects, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and innovation while maintaining high industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and streamline operations.
• Drive innovation by adopting modern technology and processes to improve production quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the jute industry and incorporate them into operations.
• Optimize the use of various jute varieties to meet production requirements effectively.
• Operate and manage both traditional and modern jute machinery.
• Implement and optimize the use of the latest jute mill machinery and technology.
• Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of targets.
• Exhibit strong English-speaking skills for effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Apply solid mathematical skills for process analysis, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Leverage extensive experience from a prominent jute mill to enhance processes and maintain industry-leading standards.
