Job Responsibility:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

• Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

• Planning and preparing presentations.

• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.

• Communicate with overseas companies, agencies, and clients to solve any problems.

• Overseeing the development of marketing literature and writing reports.

• Providing management with feedback.

• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies

• Promote and market the business, sometimes to new or niche markets.

• Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often a year in advance.

• Deal with customer inquiries and aim to meet their expectations.

• Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business.

• Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business.
