Responsibilities & Context

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Quality Assurance activities of the factory. Candidate is liable to set up and implement innovative and effective Quality Assurance system to ensure smooth and in-time shipment of our production unit. Candidate Need to control & organize the quality team and to follow up their daily job activities for maintaining quality of garments strictly up to shipment, Hold daily or frequent meeting with concern departmental manager and supervisor regarding execution of pre- final & final inspection for ensuring proper quality, measurement, color shade for shipment purposes. To execute technical audit for better outcome and retain satisfaction of our Buyers. In this position will include managing the day to day operations of the company and will report to the Board of Directors of the company (The Management). . And that case candidate will be held responsible for reject & rechecking any garment order on account of inferior quality, measurement and color mistake for candidate irresponsibility.
