We are currently expanding our business at Chittagong and are looking for qualified, sincere and hardworking individuals, who will be able to work in our highly professional, fast-paced and dynamic corporate culture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Materialize the management visions through operational planning & development in the area of business in Chittagong
  • Ensure profitability and sustained growth of the organization through increasing sales as well as expanding market in Chittagong
  • Strategize plans for new business opportunities, forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information
  • Execute operational plans & ensure effective monitoring system of Land Procurement, Project Development, Branding, Planning & Design, Construction activities, Supply chain management, Sales, Marketing & Customer Service, Utility, A/C management and General Administration etc.
  • Ensure full feasibility study of each project, timely preparation & finalization of offer letter, MOU, DOA & POA for Land owner and successful completion of all Govt. formalities e.g. CDA Approval etc.
  • Initiate and implement sales promotional activities, Identify key customers and extend personalized service to them
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with extensive experience in building and managing client relationships
  • Liaison with Authorized officials of head office in all respect including sending monthly/quarterly/annual reports and day to day operations
  • Co-ordinate, Liaison and uphold relationships with Govt. & Non-Govt. organizations, Bank for necessary legal & Logistics support
