Experience

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and manage our Fortis Agro Ltd. operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across production, company management, quality control, supply chain, and distribution.
• Plan and implement operational strategies to meet production targets, optimize resources, and ensure efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely coordination among departments.
• Monitor KPI performance metrics, cost controls, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operations with business goals and expansion plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships related to operations and logistics.
