• At least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost controls.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crises calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities & Context

• Oversee the resort’s day-to-day operational functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and guest satisfaction standards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff to ensure high performance and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards as well as local regulatory requirements.
• Develop SOPs and enforce quality control standards across all departments.
• Foster a positive work culture and maintain strong employee relations.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
