- At least 5 years in a senior management position.
- Lock factory experience will be preferred

Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage factory manpower, productivity, and performance.
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR, and Finance departments.
- Oversee overall factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production planning, inventory control, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure timely delivery of products according to customer requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
