Responsibilities & Context
Responsible for the overall leadership and management of the production department (Offset, Heat Transfer, Woven, Printed Fabric Label, Sticker, RFID) operational performance and product quality and delivery.
Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed. Attract, retain and develop high potential talent.
Any other task assigned by the management.
