Additional Requirements

At least 15-20 years including 5 years in same position. Especially- Manufacturing (FMCG.
Keen knowledge about multiproduct .(Pant ,shirt ,jacket ,vest, Seam sealing item )
Aware about product costing.
Idea about line layout & line costing.
Overall understanding the production from cut to pack & should ensure the shipment schedule.
Analytical Thinking and Innovation Process.
Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
Management skills & Gently manage the floor labor force fluidly.

Lead factory independently to manage the entire factory operations, starting from order receiving to shipment.
Increase production, quality, and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining compliance.
Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery.
Provide clear direction, encouragement, and support to team members.
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
To motivate the workforce to achieve the company’s goal.
Lead automation, innovation, and adaption of technology.
Make an effort for waste minimization and 100% capacity utilization.
Always have to communicate with the merchandising and planning team and solve every production issue related to merchandising and planning team.
Reduce expenses to maximize output.
Deal with foreign stakeholders.
