Job Context:-

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager – Quality to oversee the quality operations at our garments factory.

Job Responsibilities:-

Lead the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) teams to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with buyer requirements.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor production processes and provide guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards at all stages.
Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections, ensuring compliance with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
Communicate with buyers and address quality-related queries and issues effectively.
Train and mentor quality teams on updated inspection techniques and compliance standards.
Collaborate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management for performance analysis and improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and industry standards (e.g., ISO, WRAP, BSCI).
Coordinate and facilitate all types of technical audits and work on follow-ups and corrective action plans.
Continuously review and improve quality assurance processes to meet evolving market demands.
