Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the FMCG or Beverage sector.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex market
dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required to support sales operations and market development.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales Strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share.
Lead, Mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other Key stakeholders.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional success.
Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
to drive accountability and efficiency.
Expand the company’s presence in new markets and optimize
existing sales channels for maximum impact.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, processes, and industry regulations.
