Responsibilities & Context
- Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers’ orders/styles using the minimum machines and manpower.
- To create the easy method of sewing. To submit the sample as per the sample delivery date.
- To instruct the sample man before the sample sewing regarding the styling and the requirement of the buyer.
- To attend the risk analysis meeting and work accordingly.
- To communicate with the merchant for getting the accessories of the sample.
- Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers’ demand.
- Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
- Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
- To give the pattern and fabric to the cutter man after getting the pattern.
