Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented General Manager / Senior General Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead the sales team in our land development project. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and manage a high-performing team, develop strategic marketing plans, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Priority will be give who have a ready team & join with the team. However, individual candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Lead & supervise the sales & marketing department.
Set strategic goals to enhance sales and market share.
Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Build and manage a successful sales team.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
Report sales performance to top management.
