Responsibilities & Context
- Front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure high-quality guest experiences through consistent service excellence.
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards across the resort premises.
- Keep up to date with licensing legislation and take legal responsibility for the premises.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation of bill & voucher.
