Oversee the entire production process of knit fabric, including knitting, dyeing, finishing, and quality control.
Ensure smooth coordination between production, R&D, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Develop and implement best practices for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
Monitor fabric specifications, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
Troubleshoot technical issues in production and develop corrective and preventive actions.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and techniques to improve fabric quality and production efficiency.
Maintain strict quality control measures and ensure adherence to customer specifications.
Drive innovation in fabric development to meet evolving market demands and sustainability trends.
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Train, mentor, and lead a team of technical professionals to enhance skill levels and performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
