Summary

Education

Additional Requirements

Minimum of 16 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 4 years in a senior operational leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
Ability to make decisions under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving the overall growth and success of the company.
Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of all construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth progression of projects.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects exceed expectations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
Innovation: Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes.
