Requirements

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Experience

  • 8 to 15 years

Additional Requirements

  • 8 to 15 years of total experience inclusive of min 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role in Sales & Marketing within FMCG Sectors.
  • Only experienced in FMCG sectors are encouraged to apply.
  • Extensive insight into customer, market, and industry intelligence especially corporate sector penetration techniques and tools.
  • Skills Required- Sales, Team Leading, and Teamwork.
  • Will be advantage if had knowledge of “Planogram” system.
  • Knowledge and experience of the MT channel commercial approach, trends, processes, and procedures.
  • Requirement for both GT and MT channel of sales
  • Well versed in Sales Strategy Planning and Implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Channel Management.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan and develop short-term operational plan & long-term business strategy through the formulation of priority of market-based on business potential
  • Present and discuss strategy with Head of Management for review and recommendation, make necessary improvisation and conceptualize to final strategy.
  • Developed a strategic client development plan in partnership with key internal & external stakeholders (sales teams, product teams, ad-tech solutions architects, marketing, collaborate team, legal, support, Depot, Distribution, etc.).
  • Develop schedules and visit select clients at senior managerial levels for relationship building with strategically and commercially important customers, and gauge sale potential, gather feedback on perceptions about services and products.
  • Monitor the day-to-day operations and team performance to keep abreast with Target.
  • Explore opportunities with existing and potential clients by developing a better understanding of the business process of prospective Sales.
  • Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge, identify training requirements to develop subordinates, and manage the performance of direct reports.
  • Ensure to promote the brand as well as Implements projects and trials for the area to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends to understand competitors and forecast sales
  • Contact and manage sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
