Responsibilities & Context

Electro World BD, Is one of the reputed electronics Companies in Bangladesh and Marketed to GENERAL AC, GENERAL LED TV, GENERAL REFRIGERATOR, GENERAL WASHING MACHINE, and GENERAL OVEN. Electro World seeks some Divisional sales manager/Area sales manager/ Receptionist who are self-starting, sales professionals include Implementing, Sales & marketing solutions. This position requires extensive networking management skill and in person presentational skill. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Electronics & Home appliance field.

Job Context: Ensure to run day-to-day business operations smoothly and to lead the dealer sales team to achieve desired sales target. Should have Post-Graduation/ Graduation from any reputed University with at least 1-5 years in Sales/ Channel Management of which 5 years of similar position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain strong business relationship with all influencer’s and sales referrals.
  • Manage the credit/receivables as per company policy.
  • Developing a balanced dealer network and recruit new dealers.
  • Reporting on all sorts of market competitors activities.
  • Attaining category/SKU wise monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
  • Ensure brand visibility through proper display across all outlets.
  • Filtration of non performing channel partners periodically.
  • Ensuring Field force performance proactively conduct appraisal regularly.
  • Allocation of credit with due diligence.
