Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Strong knowledge of the subjects mentioned above
- Experience in teaching is a plus, but not mandatory
- Hafiz or Alem highly preferred
- Must practice Sunnah (Islamic attire, good akhlaq)
- Must be present at Madrasa at all times
Responsibilities & Context
- Teach students from elementary to high school level in Math, English, Bangla, History, and Basic Science
- Monitor and manage student behavior
- Take additional responsibilities such as boarding accountability and cleaning.
