• Capable to communicate with Customers, Merchandisers, Technical Manager, Production Manager in relevant affairs and understand the brand’s specifications.
• Able to work hard even under pressure
• Able to maintain the team cohesiveness

Responsibilities & Context

A leading Knit Composite Garments Manufacturer & Exporter in Bangladesh invites applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for the aforementioned position in the title with job description listed below.

• Understand garments’ Patterns, Fittings, Workmanship, Accessories & Sample development procedures.

• Maintain quality SOP and responsible for quality and technical related issues arising in production and timely solutions to ensure on time delivery and zero quality claims.

• Check yarn quality, composition, and consumption according to the buyer’s preferences.

• Maintain cooperation and effectively interact with Production, Planning, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments in order to secure best garments for bulk production and ensure on-time shipment as per buyers’ quality standard.

• Prepare for Quality Audit, Technical Audit any other audit as per buyer requirements.

• Monitor and follow up floor QC team, sample QC team, Quality Inspectors, Measurement QC team, and GPQC team.

• Confirm & control the quality level to meet customers’ demands.

• Communicate with buyers regarding all quality issues & inspections.

• Monitor all quality persons & train them about quality system.

• Follow up all kinds of audit & ensure compliance inside factory.

• Ensure maintenance of all kinds of report (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) & report to top management.
