Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a talented Generative AI and Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, with a deep understanding of machine learning models and generative techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning solutions to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and generative algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our products.
• Research and implement the latest advancements in machine learning and generative models.
• Analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve model performance.
• Optimize algorithms for efficiency and scalability in a production environment.
• Continuously evaluate the performance of existing models and iterate to enhance their accuracy and robustness.
• Document technical specifications and methodologies for internal and external stakeholders.
• The candidate will be working at UK hours (GMT and GMT+1).
• Work after hours if required to overlap UK times

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and adversarial training techniques.
• Understanding of data preprocessing, augmentation, and feature engineering.
• Ability to create visualizations and dashboards to present model results.
• Generative AI specific architectures, prompt engineering and fine-tuning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in machine learning, deep learning, and generative modelling.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
