About InsideMaps

InsideMaps is a Silicon Valley-based startup specializing in AI-powered 3D visualization and property intelligence solutions. Our technology transforms real estate experiences, enabling businesses to leverage AI for enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency.

The InsideMaps Global Leadership Program (GLP) is a flagship graduate hiring initiative designed to develop future leaders in AI-driven product management, growth strategy, and business operations.

This six-month intensive program provides hands-on training in:

• Product Strategy & Growth – Understanding user behavior, growth hacking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Product Marketing & Sales – Positioning AI-powered solutions, market analysis, and revenue optimization.
• Operations & Business Scaling – Building scalable processes and operational efficiency in a global business.
• AI-Powered Business Execution – Leveraging AI tools for analytics, automation, and decision-making.

After training, you’ll be placed in a specialized role based on your strengths and business needs.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek analytical, ambitious, and adaptable individuals who:

✅ Think like a product leader – Able to break down problems and make data-driven decisions.

✅ Excel in problem-solving – Strong strategic and structured thinking skills.

✅ Adapt to global business norms – Willing to work in Pacific Time (PT) to align with our U.S. headquarters.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a top Bangladeshi or foreign university.
• Freshers or recent graduates with no more than two years of experience.
• Strong interest in AI-driven product management, business strategy, and growth operations.
