Professional Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP)

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

• Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM)

• Lean Six Sigma Certification (for process optimization in procurement).

Experience

  Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Hospital, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Online Retail Startup

Responsibilities & Context

Are you ready to shape the future of global supply chain operations? We are looking for a Global Procurement & Sourcing Manager with expertise in international procurement, particularly in industries such as Eyecare or Ophthalmic, Pharmaceuticals, Hardware & Tools, Retail Chains, and Consumer Electronics. You’ll have the opportunity to lead global sourcing initiatives, manage strategic supplier relationships, and contribute to our innovative approach to procurement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead international sourcing strategies across multiple industries, ensuring cost-effective procurement and timely product delivery.

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with global suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing performance.

• Optimize supply chain processes and introduce cost-saving initiatives while upholding quality standards.

• Stay ahead of market trends to ensure competitive sourcing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business needs.

• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Line Authority or Honorable Management Authority.
