• Effectively manage the overall administration-related activities of the factory.
• Address and resolve employee grievances with expertise, empathy and professionalism.
• Oversee safety and security management, transport management, housekeeping and floor administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Oversee and coordinate purchase and shipment-related activities with precision and a strong focus on detail.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by top management.
