Responsibilities & Context
Context:
The Super Shop General Manager/ AGM, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow, achieving sales targets, maintaining stock, and providing excellent customer service while managing and motivating the store team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure smooth operation of daily store activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and attractive product display in the store.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and control wastage.
- Supervise, train, prepare duty rosters, and evaluate staff performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and expense reports
