  Textile, Dyeing Factory

Responsibilities & Context

• Manage the production department and implement processes to improve efficiency.
• Plan, organize, direct, and oversee daily operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Supervise and monitor cutting, sewing, finishing, and other supporting departments, from line feeding to packing, to meet shipping targets with buyer-approved quality standards, on time, and in a cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate with the machine maintenance team to ensure the availability of suitable machinery before production begins
• .Address technical issues in manufacturing, identifying root causes from pre-production to post-production stages.
• Enhance production output, quality, and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide clear direction, encouragement, and support to team members to meet the target.
