Job Description / Responsibility
- Monitoring overall Factory operations.
- Supervise companies’ overall production and sales.
- Responsible for making company’s proper production mix along with sales forecast.
- Responsible to achieve company’s monthly production target and sales target.
- Responsible to maximize company’s profitability.
- Responsible to ensure quality raw purchase and maintain strong relationships with the suppliers.
- Maintain company production as per capacity.
- Follow up quality of production wet blue, crust and finish.
- Ensure proper chemical utilization.
- Monitor monthly factory overhead per unit and target to reduce it at optimum level.
- Responsible to supervision of workers.
- Responsible to keep close relationship with the Association/Union.
- Any other job assigns by the company.
