Education
MBA/ Post Graduation Degree major in Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience
- 10 to 12 years
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
At least 05 years practical experience as GM/DGM- sales or 10 years’ experience at senior level in related field .
Have experience in Sales and have the ability to manage all sales staffs and train them.
Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection credit and new product entry.
Having Sr. Level experience of Sales and Marketing department of any renowned company
Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point (to make presentations) and be capable to use Company ERP software.
In case of well experienced applicant; Educational qualification & age limit may be relaxed.
Responsibilities & Context
Make sales plan as per given sales target focusin business segments.
Achieve sales target short periodic, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual target set by the management.
Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various channels and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue & sales.
Organize promotional activities and take initiatives for attracting customers.
Be pro-active in putting suggestion and actions to achieve the department’s targets.
