Responsibilities & Context
- BOQ preparing & checking, budget analysis, preparing schedule, site visit & follow-up to complete the project due time.
- Carry out physical inspections of the sites to assess the quality and confirm that the implementation matches the design and BOQ standards
- To perform detailed estimation for construction items from provided design-drawing.
- Capable to understand of elevation/section of structural/Architectural parts.
- Complete assignment within given timeframe.
- Vendor’s bill checking, technical analysis & solving the issues immediately and informing management.
