Strong knowledge of logistics planning, fleet management, cost control strategies, and compliance requirements specific to industrial goods transport.Proven track record of leading large teams, managing complex logistics operations, and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities & Context

• Lead the development and execution of daily, monthly, and long-term logistics strategies in alignment with production and sales objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end management of inbound logistics for raw materials and outbound logistics for cement and clinker.Ensure effective utilization and performance of the company’s own transport fleet, including fuel efficiency monitoring and trip optimization.
• Direct maintenance planning and execution for all fleet vehicles to ensure availability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders including customers, third-party transporters, suppliers, and law enforcement authorities.
• Establish and enforce robust cost control mechanisms to manage and reduce logistics expenses while maintaining service quality.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with transport safety standards, environmental regulations, and legal frameworks applicable to the cement and logistics industry.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and best practices to enhance operational performance, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics and transport team to meet current and future business needs.
