Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to drive operational excellence and ensure sustainable growth. The GM – Operations will oversee all aspects of company operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with senior management to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure SOPs and process flow maps are implemented, monitored, and followed for seamless operations.
• Assess and mitigate operational risks, including product quality, safety, and compliance.
• Foster transparent communication with senior management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate and execute senior management’s decisions across all levels.
• Lead the execution of the company’s vision, mission, and strategic initiatives.
• Implement quality assurance and control measures aligned with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Provide quick technical support and solutions to address daily operational challenges.
• Monitor financial and operational performance against set goals and take corrective action as needed.
• Optimize resource utilization and control waste in manufacturing and operational activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through compliance strategies and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing, proactive, and motivated management team.
• Oversee technology and infrastructure development to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Spearhead research and development (R&D) initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure company policies, performance standards, and compliance requirements are met and upheld.
• Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sustainable business growth.
• Promote a culture of health, safety, equality, and diversity across the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire employees to achieve excellence.
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by senior management.
