Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
Experience
- At least 10 years
Additional Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Outerwear garment manufacturing with IE (Industrial Engineering) background
- In-depth Ability and Understanding on –
- Garment Manufacturing Protocols.
- Industrial Engineering/Work Study.
- Production planning.
- Range of RMG Materials.
- Diverse range of RMG machineries and equipment,
- Leadership in large-scale operations.
- BEPZA rules and regulations.
- Compliance.
- Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Language Fluency – English & Bengali.
- Reports To: COO

Job Location – Mirsarai Economic Zone (BEZA), Chattogram.
