• Minimum 10 years of working experience in a leadership position in a reputed RMG Industry.
• Must have knowledge of quality management system.
• Must have thorough knowledge on quality audit and system process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be capable to train production & Quality teams on DHU, KPI and other requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for all work of the factory’s quality department.
• Develop the quality department’s appropriate SOP to run the department smoothly.
• Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
• Determining operational and performance qualification.
• Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
• Conduct audit and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
• Inspect fabric and trim quality process on AQL base. Ensure shade, shrinkage, width measurement and fabric test report for approval.
• Ensure technical audit in raw material quality part.
• Maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures.
• Analyze statistical data to determine present standards and ensure required quality before shipment.
• Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
• Take necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen.
• Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to quality team.
• Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
• Solve fabric-related issues that arise in consequent department like -cutting, sewing, washing and finishing.
• Maintain supplier development by doing correlation inspection, supplier grading chart periodical meetings and supplier visits.
• Ensure administrative and discipline in the department.
• Renovation and development of raw material quality.
• Monitor the performance and progress of the staff.
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in the department.
• Ensure all raw material quality-related document and register.
• Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
