Additional Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in QC, and 3 years of experience in a similar position

Create a strategic plan to reduce quality defect issues during the production process of the producer
Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / quality guidelines for the process and finish Quality as per market standard/ customer demand
Continuously review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making recommendations for improvement as appropriate
Ensure guidance during the product development process for high-quality outputs
Develop and analyze data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product
Monitor and collect customers’ satisfaction and feedback regarding product quality for further improvement
Provide feedback to the producer regarding the findings related to quality
Providing strong leadership to the staff, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relations
Train and develop the quality control staff to enhance their capacity, productivity, and quality

Gross salary will be BDT 5,00,000/- (Negotiable) and other benefits as per company policy
