Additional Requirements

Provide shade and quality approval decision to production team for respective buyer.
Overall follow up the fabric quality and delivery reviewing with buyer standard.
For buyer LIDL, KIABI, Kariban, Jennyfer, Celio, Pepco, OVS, NKD, Marubeni, Marubani Plus, La-Halle, Teddy Smith having lab test report batch wise of color fastness, Shrinkage /twisting, GSM, hand feel, recovery, appearance against approved standard.
To ensure the shade through reviewing the approval to bulk.
Identify the problems analyses the root cause and share with quality head.
Give technical decision the dyeing finishing for any fail reports and improving quality further when required.
Responsible to handle the buyer representative (LIDL, KIABI, Kariban, Pepco, Jennyfer, Celio, La-Halle, Mango, OVS, Teddy Smith, Marubeni, Marubeni Plus, NKD) to fulfill their demand as per maintaining the product quality manual.
Follow up batch to batch fabric dyeing, Finishing and quality status and report to department head.
Ensure finish fabric delivery maintaining all quality and test requirements of respective buyer.
Ensure all required package like as Rib, Collar, S/J tube drawstring, Twill tape etc.
Any other quality related job assign by the management.
