Additional Requirements

3-5 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects etc.).
Experience in corporate branding and marketing materials.
Strong creativity, attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Design and develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional items.
Create engaging content for digital platforms such as social media posts, email templates, website graphics, and online advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs in line with Sonali Life’s branding guidelines.
Edit and retouch images and photos as needed for publications or digital use.
Assist in video editing and motion graphics (if applicable).
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors as required.
Support internal departments with any design-related tasks, including presentation slides, forms, and internal communication materials.
