  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Only Male
  • 3–4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Experience in an advertising agency / E-commerce / Cosmetics / Personal Care
  • Experience working with eCommerce, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands will be given preference.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercial work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Canva is a plus)
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
  • Ability to take feedback and make quick revisions
  • Strong attention to detail and creative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

In this role, you will lead our brand’s visual storytelling, turning marketing strategies into high-converting visual assets. You must have a deep understanding of internet culture, social media algorithms, and design trends. If you are fast, agile, and know how to capture an audience’s attention in under 3 seconds, you are the perfect fit for our team.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Social Media Creation: Design high-converting carousel ads, banners, stories, and static posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Campaign Conceptualization: Develop cohesive visual themes and design systems for multi-day product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Platform Optimization: Tailor all visual layouts perfectly to meet platform-specific dimensions, aspect ratios, and text-to-image safety rules.
  • Brand Identity Maintenance: Establish and maintain unique, consistent visual identities across all digital touchpoints, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Performance-Driven Design: Analyze ad performance data (like Click-Through Rates) alongside the marketing team to optimize and iterate visual layouts for better results.
  • Trend & Meme Jacking: Actively monitor global and local social media trends, rapidly producing relevant, high-quality creatives to capitalize on real-time marketing opportunities.
  • Creative Leadership: Mentor junior designers, manage the creative pipeline, and maintain strict quality control under tight deadlines.
