Education

  • Bachelor in any discipline
  • Professional Certificate in Graphics Design and Video Editing is a plus point, along with a strong, diverse work portfolio showcasing your previous design and video projects.

Experience

    • At least 2 years

Additional Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years proven professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Hotel & Restaurant, FMCG.
  • Must submit a link to an online portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or drive link) with the application
  • Graphic Design: Conceptualize and design highly engaging creative content and visuals using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Video Production & Editing: Plan promotional product video content, like Reels, OVC & Motion Video. Edit and assemble high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and CapCut PC.
  • Photography & Videography: Hands-on experience with photography and videography, specifically for commercial product shoots. Conduct professional product shoots. Capture high-quality photographs and raw video footage of social media content
  • AI Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AI prompt engineering and content generation utilizing platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other modern AI tools. Must be passionate about staying updated on new AI features.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, logo design, typography, and preparing print-ready files for production.
  • Ability to create engaging social media creatives, printing materials, and video content, and a good understanding of digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design creative materials for social media, digital platforms, websites, and corporate branding.
  • Create social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and promotional materials.
  • Design outdoor and event branding, including billboards, festoons, backdrops, standees, and exhibition materials.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce videos for OVCs, reels, interviews, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create motion graphics and animated content for digital and social media platforms.
  • Conduct photography and photo editing for products, events, and marketing activities.
  • Develop logos, brand assets, and visual elements while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Prepare print-ready and production-ready files for digital and offset printing.
  • Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver creative solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production partners to ensure quality execution.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining design standards.
  • Stay updated with design trends, creative tools, and AI-powered technologies.
  • Perform any other design, multimedia, or branding-related tasks assigned by management.
