Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 40 years

• 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video animation, and graphic design.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
• Knowledge of video editing, sound design, and post-production workflows.
• Experience in creating digital marketing assets and implementing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• A strong understanding of SEO, PPC(Pay per click), and analytics tools is a plus.
• Excellent creative, communication, and project management skills.

Other Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Creative understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media trends.
• Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form, and composition.

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer specializing in video motion and animation, with strong expertise in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging content that drives brand awareness and supports marketing campaigns. If you have a passion for design, storytelling through animation, and a knack for marketing strategy, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and promotional materials for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop brochures, posters, leaflets, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, calendars, book covers, and other branding materials.
• Ensure all graphics maintain a professional, aesthetically pleasing, and brand-consistent standard.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual content ideas that improve engagement and brand awareness.
• Ensure print materials follow proper printing, press, and packaging guidelines.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, and promotional purposes.
• Create motion graphics (2D & 3D) and animations to enhance video content.
• Work with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other video editing software.
• Ensure videos are edited with seamless transitions, sound synchronization, and professional effects.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for video projects.

Digital Marketing & Branding:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for digital campaigns, SEO, and online advertising.
• Develop social media graphics, ad creatives, and brand visuals that boost engagement.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends to optimize content reach.
• Ensure all designs and videos support the company’s branding, messaging, and marketing goals.
