Responsibilities & Context
The Designer agrees to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Designing and art-directing communications deliverables that include digital campaigns, advertisements, marketing landing pages, activation ideas and customer experience design.
- Excellent and Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Illustrator, 3D modeling, and other graphic-related software.
- Conceptualize and design creative visuals that adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Experience in Marketing Agency, E-commerce, and F-commerce industry with a strong portfolio will be preferred.
- Adequate knowledge of generation overall print material design concepts.
- Able to develop marketing & branding communication materials.
- Design promotional materials, social media graphics, website elements, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all media.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and service teams to understand the design requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project guidelines.
- Managing vendors if necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Handle any extra task assigned by Management.
